1945年8月9日苏联对日宣战,随即出兵中国东北。1945年8月14日中苏双方签订《中苏友好同盟条约》,苏联承诺将于战胜日本三个月后从东北撤兵,即应在1945年11月至12月间撤兵。然而,直至1946年5月3日苏军才宣布全部撤离中国。对于苏联延缓撤兵的经过,很有必要进行研究。
On August 9, 1945, the Soviet Union declared war on Japan and immediately sent troops to northeastern China. August 14, 1945 China and the Soviet Union signed the “Sino-Soviet Treaty of Friendship and Alliance”.
