8例男性健康志愿者交叉口服2片(200mg/片)不同厂家生产的盐酸环丙沙星进行药代动力学研究。血、尿标本均经高效液相色谱法和微生物法两种方法测定。结果表明,两厂生产的盐酸环丙沙星都于服药后1小时达到高峰浓度,其浓度分别为1.995、1.759mg/L(HPLC法),2.332、2.121mg/L(微生物法)药—时曲线表明盐酸环丙沙星在体内的代谢符合二房室模型。HPLC测
Eight healthy male volunteers crossed two tablets (200mg / tablet) manufactured by different manufacturers of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride for pharmacokinetic studies.
