离体活性测定结果 ,36 %速杀菌对烟草赤星病菌、番茄灰霉病菌的抑制中浓度EC50 分别为 0 .838μg ml、0 .5 0 5 μg ml。小区药效试验结果表明 ,其 15 0 0g hm2 在药后 7d、14d对烟草赤星病的防效分别在 79%、74 %以上 ,高于生产上普遍使用的同样稀释倍数菌核净的防效 ;12 0 0g hm2 对番茄灰霉病的病果、病叶防治效果分别达 79%、75 %以上 ,极显著高于多菌灵、国产速克灵的防效。
The results of in vitro activity assay showed that the concentrations of EC50 of 36% speed germicidal against Alternaria solani and Botrytis cinerea were 0 .838 μg ml and 0.545 μg ml, respectively. Community efficacy test results showed that the 15 0 0g hm2 7d, 14d after drug brown spot control of tobacco were 79%, 74%, respectively, higher than the production of commonly used at the same dilution multiple sclerotia net anti-efficacy ; 1200g hm2 of tomato fruit gray mold disease, disease prevention and control of diseased leaves were 79%, 75% or more, very significantly higher than the carbendazim, domestic Scoot control effect.
