WB36钢管(%:0.16C、0.46~0.47Si、1.02~1.05Mn、0.008~0 010P、0.00IS、0.29~0.30Mo、1.17~1.20Ni、0.58Cu、0.02Nb、0.05 Al)冶金流程为45 t EAF-LF-VD-Φ600 mm铸坯-穿孔,ΦP600 m×70 mm-Φ720周期轧管机组轧制.通过控制环形炉加热气氛,均热段温度~1 250℃,穿孔温度1 100℃,随后毛管在周期轧管机中以三向压应力状态进行轧制,WB36钢管淬-回火后的组织为铁素体+贝氏体,室温和高温力学性能以及焊接性能均符合EN10216-2标准要求
