环境保护问题是实现我国经济可持续发展中的一个重要问题,推进环境保护公益诉讼制度是环境保护法得以实施的重要环节,也是完善我国环境诉讼立法的重要内容。因此,建立环境保护公益诉讼制度势在必行。
The issue of environmental protection is an important issue in the sustainable development of our economy. Promoting the system of environmental protection public interest litigation is an important part of implementing environmental protection law and also an important part of perfecting the legislation of environmental litigation in our country. Therefore, the establishment of environmental protection system of public interest litigation is imperative.
