【Abstract】Objective: to study and analyze the health management of the susceptible population of chronic non-communicable diseases and to find out the ways to prevent and cure chronic non-communicable diseases. Methods: through the statistics of health management of susceptible population, the data of health management without health management in 2017 and health management in 2018 were compared and analyzed. Results: in the experimental group, the incidence of chronic non-communicable diseases was significantly lower, the popularization rate of knowledge was increased, and the level of self-management was higher than that of the control group, and the data were better than those of the control group. Conclusion: health management can reduce the prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases and improve the incidence of chronic non-communicable diseases. 对于慢性非传染性疾病,秉承预防为主的服务模式,将健康管理运用其中能有效促进这類疾病的防治。本次实验主要将我社区内未实行健康管理的人群与已实行的人群进行资料对比,现将结果报告如下。
1.1一般资料
基本成员为我社区内50岁以上老年人,主要记录该群体在健康管理实施前后慢性非传染性疾病的各项指标。2017年有体检记录的老年人共1200名,男性619例,女性581名,处于50~79岁,2018年有体检记录的老年人共1400名,男性704例,女性696例。将两组成员的统计资料进行对比分析。
1.2方法
选取我社区内老年人作为观察对象,回顾2017年和2018年的体检统计资料,将两组数据进行比较分析,得出结论。
1.3观察指标
各组成员主要关注三个方面的数据资料。慢性非传染性疾病:高血压、高血脂、高血糖以一般医学标准进行诊断,知识普及率以问卷方式收集整理,服务顺从度可观察得出。
1.4统计学分析
所得数据以SPSS.22统计学软件进行分析,数据均以百分比形式记录,P值
