我院用放射火箭电泳自显影术测定甲胎蛋白(AFP)共1830例,其中测定了诊断较明确的非肝癌疾病1146例,现将结果分析如下: 材料和方法病例来自住院及门诊确诊的病人,方法采用北京原子能研究所生产的甲胎蛋白分析药盒及方法,本院正常值为<20ng/ml。
In our hospital, 1830 alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) samples were measured by autoradiography with radioactive rocket electrophoresis. Of these, 1146 cases of non-hepatocarcinoma were diagnosed. The results are analyzed as follows: Materials and methods Cases from hospitalized and outpatients The method uses the alpha-fetoprotein analysis kit and method produced by the Beijing Atomic Energy Research Institute. The normal value in this hospital is <20ng/ml.
