用新西兰大白兔制作急性肾缺血及再灌注损伤模型,观察肾小管的超微病理变化及再灌注前给予山莨菪碱片对其变化的影响。结果:再灌注60min组(n=7)兔肾小管超微病理损伤重于缺血60min组(n=7)。山茛菪碱治疗组(n=7)免肾小管的超微病理的损伤明显轻于再灌注60min组,主要表现在肾小管间质水肿减轻,炎性细胞浸润基本消失,肾小管腔面微绒毛排列显著好转。结论:山莨菪碱对急性肾缺血及再灌注损伤时肾小管的超微结构具有保护作用。
Acute kidney ischemia and reperfusion injury models were made with New Zealand white rabbits. Ultrastructural pathological changes of renal tubules and effects of anisodamine tablets on reperfusion were observed. RESULTS: The ultrastructural pathological injury of rabbit renal tubules in the 60 min reperfusion group (n=7) was greater than that in the 60 min ischemia group (n=7). In the anisodamine treatment group (n=7), the ultrastructural pathological damage of the renal tubules was significantly lighter than that of the reperfusion group of 60 min, which was mainly manifested in the decrease of tubulointerstitial edema, the disappearance of inflammatory cell infiltration, and the lumenal surface of the renal tubules. Microvilli arrangement significantly improved. Conclusion: Anisodamine has protective effects on the ultrastructure of renal tubules in acute renal ischemia and reperfusion injury.
