片剂的崩解过程,对于药物的溶出,是一限速阶段(Rate-limiting step)。因此,多年来片剂的崩解剂研究,受到极大的关注。环糊精的羟基,通过交联剂可形成不同类型和不同性质的聚合物,以表氯醇(Epichlorohydrin)为交联剂的环糊精聚合物,在水中迅速高度膨涨,尤适用于直接压片而可加速片剂的崩解。本文应用这种环糊精聚合物(CD polymet),与其它4种崩解剂——交联羧甲基纤维素(Ac-Di-Sol)、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(Poly-plasdone XL)、甲醛交联明胶(Esmaut-Spreng)及玉米淀粉的物理性质以及作为崩解剂压成片剂后的性能,进行了比较。
