小清河历史悠久,文化内容丰富。为集中展现小清河的盐运文化、老工业文化、名士文化等,小清河综合治理工程将在沿线各景点通过浮雕、铜雕、铁雕、线条画、马赛克拼贴的景墙、雕塑等形式将小清河的历史文化融于景观之中。济南市小清河综合治理一期南岸园林景观工程,西起林家桥东至济青高速,全长13.1公里,面积30.1公顷,沿线有13座城市桥梁、1座铁路桥和1座高架桥,7条支流河。沿河景观带宽度变化为洪园节制闸上游宽20米,下游土渠段宽49米。
