石家庄铁路分局某机务段,为了消除手把电焊时逸散的锰烟对工人健康的影响及对周围环境的污染,安装了一组锰烟通风净化设备,为探讨其作用,做了调查评价。锰烟通风净化机组的结构附图所示。电焊时发生的锰烟被机组的侧吸罩①捕集后进入机组上部②内,锰烟由涤纶滤袋③外侧进入袋内,过滤后的气体输送到机组下部④里,由离心风机⑤从机组底部排出。
