化工企业的废弃物排放已经对环境造成了极大破坏,为了实现可持续发展,必须建立高效的废弃物物流体系。本文主张把废弃物物流业务进行市场化运作,把废弃物处理外包给专业化的废弃物物流服务企业,政府对市场化运作进行监督及宏观管理,化工企业作为废弃物的源头要进行减量控制,三者相互协作,提高废弃物处理的资源化、无害化。希望本文的研究有助于降低化工企业废弃物排放率,保护环境,进而实现可持续发展。
Waste discharge from chemical industry has caused great damage to the environment. In order to achieve sustainable development, we must establish an efficient waste logistics system. This paper advocates the market-oriented operation of the waste logistics business, the outsourcing of waste disposal to the specialized waste logistics service enterprises, the government supervision and macro-management of the market-oriented operation, and the reduction of chemical companies as the source of the waste , The three work together to improve the recycling of waste, harmless. It is hoped that the research in this article will help to reduce the waste discharge rate of chemical enterprises and protect the environment so as to achieve sustainable development.
