当前,在中国致力于提升文化软实力,以进行社会主义文化强国建设的背景下,作为社会的微观组成部分的国有企业,必须适应时代的需要,加强自身文化建设,将提升企业文化软实力作为企业改革发展的重要任务之一。目前,很多国有企业在自身企业文化建设上存在着诸多的问题。在新的形势下,如何正确认识这些问题,用什么来统领企业文化建设,成为亟待解决的问题。
