自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)在抗病毒感染,抑制肿瘤细胞生长及降低移植后排斥反应等机体免疫应答过程中发挥着重要的作用。NK细胞可以直接杀伤肿瘤细胞和被病毒感染的靶细胞并可以产生大量的免疫活性细胞因子,如IFN-γ等。近年来,随着广大研究者对其深入的研究,应用NK细胞在抗衰老、自身免疫性疾病调节及肿瘤治疗的临床工作逐步展开,文章重点阐述NK细胞在肿瘤治疗方面的基础研究与临床应用的现状与展望。
