2009年,欧V标准实施之后,暂时不会影响到我国。但欧洲出台这个标准,也不排除是为了限制发展中国家汽车业和油品业发展的一个砝码。就在我们为2008年北京的汽车可以用上欧ⅠⅤ排放标准的油而欣喜时,2006年12月13日,欧洲议会正式通过了旨在限制汽车污染物排放的欧洲Ⅴ号和欧洲Ⅵ号标准。根据新标准,未来欧盟国家对本地生产及进口汽车的污染物排放量,特别是氮氧化合物和颗粒物的排量控制将更加严格。
