马拉松运动是一个需要速度和耐力的超长距离比赛项目。马拉松跑属于中等强度的运动项目,有氧代谢和无氧代谢的比例为95%:5%,有氧代谢占绝对优势。环境对马拉松运动成绩的影响是比较大的。本文运用调查法对我国女子马拉松运动员赛前一个月训练进行了探究,并就赛前阶段的训练安排进行了分析。针对马拉松项目赛前训练安排、主要训练内容、运动负荷特点及训练方法、手段提出建议。意在为我国马拉松跑教练员制定科学训练计划提供参考和依据。
Marathon is a long distance race that requires speed and stamina. Marathon run is moderate-intensity sports, aerobic metabolism and anaerobic metabolism of 95%: 5%, aerobic metabolism accounted for the absolute advantage. The impact of the environment on the marathon performance is relatively large. This paper investigates the one-month training of Chinese female marathon runners by means of investigation, and analyzes the training arrangements of the pre-competition stages. According to the pre-competition training arrangement, the main training contents, the characteristics of sports load and the training methods and means of the marathon project, some suggestions are put forward. It is intended to provide reference and basis for our country’s marathon runner to make scientific training plan.
