亲历初中新课程改革已近十年,在这段时间里我们经历了课改的迷茫期、教学的低效期。伴随着实践中研究、研究中学习、学习中反思、反思中进步的过程,我们找到了教学研究的切入点——课堂教学的实效性。何为实效?本人认为并不是指教师有没有教完内容或教得认真不认真,而是指学生有没有真正学到什么。如果学生不想学或学了没有收获,即使教师教得再辛苦也是无效教学。同样如果学生学得很辛苦,但没有得到应有的发展,也是无效或低效教学。所以,实效性的核心问题实质上是教学的效益问题。因此,本人认为提高课堂教学的实效性关键在于把握教学的核心。
Experience junior high school curriculum reform for nearly ten years, during which time we have experienced the confusion of curriculum reform, teaching ineffective period. With the process of study in practice, study in study, reflection in study and progress in reflection, we find the starting point of teaching research - the effectiveness of classroom teaching. What is effective? I do not think it means that the teacher has not finished the content or taught not serious, but refers to the students have not really learned anything. If the students do not want to learn or learn did not gain, even if the teacher taught hard and invalid teaching. Similarly, if students learn very hard, but did not get due development, but also ineffective or inefficient teaching. Therefore, the core issue of effectiveness is essentially the question of the effectiveness of teaching. Therefore, I think the key to improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching is to grasp the core of teaching.
