目的分析对比恩替卡韦对慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化代偿期和失代偿期的2年抗病毒疗效。方法对我院在2014年1月至2016年12月收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者(30例,甲组)、肝硬化代偿期患者(30例,乙组)、肝硬化失代偿期患者(30例,丙组)纳入本次实验,所有患者均给予恩替卡韦治疗,对比三组患者临床疗效。结果甲、乙、丙三组患者AST、ALT、HBeAg、HBVDNA、ALB、TBIL、CHE均无明显差异(P>0.05),三组患者不良反应发生率也较比较接近(P>0.05)。结论恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化
