文章通过水资源可持续利用的内涵、实现水资源可持续利用机理的阐述,分析了我国水资源可持续利用的实现条件,从而提出了实现我国水资源可持续利用的基本对策,提出以市场为导向推进水利产业化进程;以提高水利用率为核心促进节水科技进步,以调整水污染防治战略为基础加大水体污染治理力度等见解,希冀为我国水资源可持续利用有所裨益。
Through the connotation of sustainable utilization of water resources, this paper elaborates the mechanism of sustainable utilization of water resources, analyzes the conditions for the sustainable utilization of water resources in our country, and puts forward the basic countermeasures to realize the sustainable utilization of water resources in our country. Oriented to promote the process of water conservancy industrialization; to improve water use efficiency as the core to promote scientific and technological progress in water saving, water pollution control strategy to adjust based on increasing water pollution control efforts, and other views, hoping to benefit the sustainable use of water resources in our country.
