本文分析1983年7月至1988年12月肺癌98例采用非手术综合治疗的结果。本组病例6例有剖胸手术未切除肿瘤病灶。全组有病理学诊断55例,其中鳞癌32例,腺癌14例,未分化癌4例(其中1例报告大细胞肺癌),不能分类5例。综合治疗为放疗化疗。放疗采用国产~(60)C_o治疗机照射,设前后两野对穿,给D_T5000～6500cGy,对中心型肺癌为减少脊髓接受的剂量,前胸野的剂量比背胸野大8～10％。98例中有52
This article analyzes the results of non-surgical comprehensive treatment of 98 lung cancer cases from July 1983 to December 1988. In this group of patients, 6 cases had unresectable tumor lesions. There were 55 cases of pathological diagnosis in the whole group, including 32 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 14 cases of adenocarcinoma, and 4 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma (one case reported large cell lung cancer), and 5 cases could not be classified.
