木质素磺酸钙是造纸厂的副产物,过去经常因不能妥善处理而污染环境。它的基本结构为苯基丙烷,并含有酚羟基、醇羟基、磺酸基及醚键等多种官能团,在一定条件下能与多种物质发生交联,产生体型凝胶。木质素磺酸钙复合堵水剂就是根据以上结构特点,兼顾国内外其它堵剂的长处复合配制而成的。具有交联时间可调、强度高、热稳定性好和可解堵等优点,是国内一种新型的复合堵水剂。
Calcium lignosulfonate is a by-product of paper mills that used to pollute the environment often because of inadequate handling. Its basic structure is phenylpropane, and contains a variety of functional groups such as phenolic hydroxyl group, alcohol hydroxyl group, sulfonic acid group and ether bond. Under certain conditions, it can cross-link with many kinds of substances to produce body gel. Calcium lignosulfonate composite plugging agent is based on the above structural features, taking into account the strengths of other plugging agents at home and abroad made of compound. With adjustable cross-linking time, high strength, good thermal stability and plugging the advantages of a new type of composite water shut-off agent.
