目的探讨某综合医院2010年-2014年的门诊量变化情况。方法采用时间序列数据环比、定基比和季节指数分析法对2010年-2014年的门诊诊疗人次进行分析。结果根据5年门诊诊疗人次变化可以看出诊疗人次呈逐年上升的趋势,2014年比2010年增长46.45%;通过移动平均趋势剔除法计算季节指数,得出第1季度为低谷期,季节指数为89.87%,第2季度为高峰期,季节指数为104.25%。结论医院管理部门应根据门诊量逐年增长情况、季节变化规律,合理安排出诊医生,配置各种医疗资源,节约病人等候时间,同时,医院应加大硬件和软件的建设,以适应门诊量逐年增长的需求,更好地为患者服务。
Objective To investigate the change of outpatients in a general hospital from 2010 to 2014. Methods The outpatient clinic numbers from 2010 to 2014 were analyzed by using the time series data, ratio of base to ring and seasonal index. Results According to the change of outpatient clinic attendance in 5 years, we can see that the number of clinic visits increased year by year, up 46.45% from 2014; the seasonal index was calculated by the moving average trend elimination method, and the first quarter was the trough period; the seasonal index was 89.87%, the second quarter is the peak, the seasonal index is 104.25%. Conclusion The hospital management department should make reasonable arrangements for visiting doctors and allocating various medical resources according to the year-by-year growth of outpatient services and seasonal variation, saving patient waiting time. At the same time, the hospital should increase the construction of hardware and software to adapt to the year-on-year growth of outpatients The demand for better patient service.
