由我院设计的黄河刘、盐、八、青梯级水电站以及长江水系的(白龙江)碧口(汉江)石泉、石门等大中型水电站在60~70年代先后投入运行,为西北地区提供了充足的能源,促进了国民经济的发展.由于目前技术的进步,特别是龙羊峡多年调节水库的投入,可使下游刘、盐、八、青等梯级电站保证出力提高25.48万千瓦,增加年发电量5.13亿度,因此,对西北地区大中型水电站的技术改造工作是势在必行了.下面谈几点个人意见,限于专业与水平,挂一漏万在所难免,敬请批评指正.
