介绍了15 t圆形自耗电极钢锭的研制过程。进行了圆形钢锭模设计和制作、圆形自耗电极钢锭的冶炼浇注工艺参数设计,完成了15 t 42CrMo圆形自耗电极钢锭的试制。对钢锭纵裂现象提出了工艺改进措施,并进行了实施。结果表明,钢液中Al含量为0.016%,钢锭浇注温度为1550℃,锭身浇注时间为19.5 min时,自耗电极钢锭表面质量良好。钢锭头尾部的元素均匀性良好,锭身同一截面C、Si、Mn、Cr、P的最大偏析量分别为0.03%、0.02%、0.02%、0.03%、0.001%,S和Mo元素无偏析。
The development of 15 t circular consumable electrode steel ingot was introduced. The design and manufacture of round steel ingot mold and the process parameters design of round consumable electrode steel ingot were completed. The trial production of 15 t 42 CrMo circular consumable electrode steel ingot was completed. On the ingot longitudinal crack proposed process improvement measures, and carried out. The results show that the surface quality of consumable electrode ingot is good when the content of Al in molten steel is 0.016%, the pouring temperature of ingot is 1550 ℃ and the pouring time of ingot is 19.5 min. The elements in the head and tail of the ingot have good uniformity. The maximum segregation amounts of C, Si, Mn, Cr and P in the same section of ingot are 0.03%, 0.02%, 0.02%, 0.03% and 0.001%, respectively.
