通过对99.7%工业纯铝、工业纯锌、工业纯铜、Zn-5%Al合金进行热型连铸工艺试验,研究了工艺参数对拉铸过程的影响。试验结果表明:铸型温度高于金属熔点约10℃,能够保证固-液界面位置处在铸型出口附近时,连铸顺利,铸锭表面光洁;在保持界面位置不变的前提下,在较高的拉铸速度下,可在较低的出口温度下拉出合格铸坯;冷却距离越短,固-液界面位置对冷却距离的变化越敏感,界面位置越不稳定。
The effect of process parameters on the casting process was studied by thermal continuous casting test of 99.7% industrial pure aluminum, industrial pure zinc, industrial pure copper and Zn-5% Al alloy. The results show that the temperature of the mold is about 10 ℃ higher than the melting point of the metal, which can ensure that the solid-liquid interface is near the exit of the mold and the casting is smooth and the surface of the ingot is smooth. Under the premise of keeping the interface unchanged, At higher casting speeds, the slab can be pulled out at a lower exit temperature; the shorter the cooling distance, the more sensitive the solid-liquid interface changes to the cooling distance and the more unstable the interface.
