目的 观察甲基强的松龙冲击疗法 (MPPT)治疗神经免疫性疾病的疗效 ,探讨其作用机理 ,指导临床治疗。方法 对 86例神经免疫性疾病患者 ,应用甲基强的松龙 10 0 0 mg/ d,静滴 (MPPT组 ) 3~ 5天 ,并与 6 0例应用常规剂量类固醇治疗 (对照组 )作对照。后改为口服强的松 ,逐渐减量至停药。结果 MPPT组疗效显著优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 MPPT是治疗神经免疫性疾病快速有效、安全可靠的方法
Objective To observe the efficacy of methylprednisolone impact therapy (MPPT) in the treatment of neuroimmune diseases and to explore its mechanism of action to guide the clinical treatment. Methods Eighty - six patients with neuroimmune diseases were treated with methylprednisolone (100 mg / d) and intravenous infusion (MPPT) for 3 ~ 5 days, and were compared with 60 patients treated with conventional steroid therapy (control group) Control. After the change to oral prednisone, tapering to withdrawal. Results The efficacy of MPPT group was significantly better than that of control group (P <0.01). Conclusion MPPT is a fast, effective and safe method for the treatment of neuroimmune diseases
