采用生物信息学的方法,在玉米全基因组水平鉴定并分析玉米LIM蛋白基因,鉴定出11个ZmLIM基因,分别分布于玉米的8条染色体上。结构域分析表明,多数LIM蛋白包括2个典型的LIM结构域。系统发育分析表明,LIM家族可以分为3个亚家族。假定调控元件分析发现,所有LIM基因启动子都具有大量花粉特异表达元件,相对来说其他组织器官特异表达,激素和逆境调控元件数量很少。EST基因表达数据分析表明,该家族成员具有明显的时空表达特性。
Bioinformatics methods were used to identify and analyze the LIM gene of corn at the whole genome level of corn. Eleven ZmLIM genes were identified and distributed on 8 chromosomes of maize. Domain analysis showed that most of the LIM proteins include two typical LIM domains. Phylogenetic analysis shows that the LIM family can be divided into three subfamilies. Assuming regulatory elements analysis found that all LIM gene promoters have a large number of pollen-specific expression elements, relative to other tissue-specific expression of hormone and stress control elements in small quantities. EST gene expression data analysis showed that the family members have obvious spatial and temporal expression characteristics.
