In this study, guinea pigs were intravenously injected with tetraiodotetrafluorofluorescein disodium and irradiated with green light at a wavelength of 550±20 nm to induce a photochemical reaction in the guinea pig cochlea vessels, resulting in an animal model of cochlear microcirculation disturbance in guinea pigs. The amplitude of the compound action potential (CAP) was used as an indicator. The effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza on CAP in guinea pigs were observed by injecting compound Danshen injection into the guinea pig femoral vein. Results: Compared with the control group, the relative amplitude of CAP amplitude was significantly increased in the experimental group (P<0.001), suggesting that Salvia miltiorrhiza can improve the microcirculatory disturbance in the cochlea of model guinea pigs. And explore the mechanism.
