商品房保修期是指开发建设单位在物业交付使用后,对业主承担保修责任的期限,本文分别就沈阳商品房保修期起止时间模糊;业主商品房专有部分保修期起止时间制度不完善;公共部位、公共配套设备设施保修期制度不完善;房屋保修期内发生了修缮行为,保修期起止时间是否重新计算等四个问题,进行初步的研究并提出改革建议。
