目的 分析探讨尼可地尔改善冠脉微循环的治疗效果.方法 选取2018年11月至2019年11月我院收治的60例稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为尼可地尔组与常规治疗组,每组各30例.所有患者均接受常规药物治疗,服用拜阿司匹林和他汀类药物.常规治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上给予硝酸异山梨酯,尼可地尔组在常规药物治疗的基础上给予尼可地尔治疗,持续治疗3个月.结果 尼可地尔组患者治疗后的冠动脉微循环阻力指数优于常规治疗组(P<0.05);尼可地尔组患者的脂联素、超敏-C反应蛋白水平的变化情况明显优于常规治疗组(P<0.05).结论 尼可地尔能有效改善冠脉微循环及治疗效果,值得推广应用.
