据媒体不完全统计,自2013年以来,福建、山西、宁夏、河北、浙江等省区,降低或取消了对基层的GDP考核。其中,70多个县市明确取消了GDP考核。＂淡化GDP,重视民生＂成为政绩考核新导向,表明简单＂以GDP论英雄＂正在失去市场,也预示着我国经济发展有望在科学的政绩观引导下,更加注重质量和效益。
