在生产中广泛寻找镍铬钢的代用料,是当前工业战线上的一项具有重大经济意义的工作。电炉垫板,盐炉坩埚,气体渗碳炉的马弗罐和装料筐等元件,都是用含有大量的镍铬元素的耐热钢制成的。因此我们应该以适当的和经济的代用料来代替这些耐热钢元件。据国外有关文献记载,一定成分的铝铁合金,具有优良的抗氧化性能,和较好的热机械性能。这种成份是铝16%,铁84%,和少量的其他元素。我们结合本厂的设备和其他具体条件,作了一次铁水掺铝浇铸中温箱式电炉垫板的试验。试验的情况是这样的: 1.浇铸规程 1)考虑到铝的熔炼消耗,应该增加配料中铝的重
The extensive search for alternative Ni-Cr steels in production is one of the most economically significant jobs on the current industrial front. Furnace plates, salt furnace crucibles, muffles and charging baskets for gas carburizing furnaces are made of heat-resistant steel containing a large amount of nickel-chromium. Therefore, we should replace these heat-resistant steel components with appropriate and economical substitutes. According to foreign literature, a certain composition of aluminum-iron alloy, with excellent oxidation resistance, and better thermal mechanical properties. This ingredient is 16% aluminum, 84% iron, and a small amount of other elements.
