坐飞机为何会引起耳部不适呢?原来,耳与鼻咽之间有“咽鼓管”相连,它如同一个单向活瓣,平时闭合着。当我们做吞咽、咀嚼、打喷嚏等动作时,咽肌收缩,该管开放,外界空气方能进入中耳,使耳膜内外压力维持平衡。当飞机上升或下降时,由于大气压的改变,便出现耳内外压力不平衡状态。特别是飞机下降时,中耳压力突然低于外界气压,鼓膜向内移位,便出现耳鸣,耳痛和胀塞。严重的还可引起耳内损伤,伴有头晕、恶心、呕吐、面色苍白等症
