迈尔斯-布里格斯类型指标(Myers-Briggs Type Indicator,简称MBTI)是人的性格分类的一种方法,其理论基础是瑞士心理分析家C.G.Jung创立的荣格人格分析心理学理论。笔者以迈尔斯-布里格斯类型指标个性分类为基础,首先分析了当前高职教育教学的特点和存在的问题;其次展示了不同个性特征的高职学生在课堂中的表现,这些表现导致了多元化课堂的产生;最后探讨了在高职教育中实施多元化课堂的措施和对策,从而营造一个有利于学生学习和职业培养的教学环境,真正提高高职教育教学的效能。
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a method of human personality classification based on the theory of Jungian personality analysis psychology developed by Swiss psychologist C.G. Jung. Based on the personality classification of Myers-Briggs type indicators, the author first analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the current higher vocational education and teaching. Second, it shows the performance of higher vocational students with different personality traits in the classroom. Which leads to the emergence of diversified classrooms. Finally, it discusses the measures and countermeasures of implementing diversified classrooms in higher vocational education so as to create a teaching environment conducive to student learning and career development and truly improve the effectiveness of higher vocational education and teaching.
