目的;研究少毛北前胡Peucedanum harry-smithiivar.subglabrum的香豆素类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法及制备薄层色谱法对少毛北前胡甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从少毛北前胡中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为补骨脂素(psoralen,1),佛手柑内酯(bargapten,2),花椒毒素(xanthotoxin,3),异紫花前胡苷元(marmesin,4),伞形花内酯(umbelliferone,5),东莨菪内酯(scopoletin,6),(±)peuformosin(7),Pd-Ⅰb(8),丝立尼亭[(±)selinidin,9],白花前胡丁素(praeruptorin D,Pd-Ⅱ10)。结论:1~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective; To study the chemical composition of coumarin in Peucedanum harry-smithiivar.subglabrum. Methods: The methanol extracts of Prunus acerifolia were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative thin-layer chromatography. Their chemical structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated and identified from P. bracteatum. They were psoralen (1), bergamot (bargapten, 2), xanthotoxin (3), and isopuricin. (marmesin, 4), umbelliferone (5), scopoletin (6), (±) peuformosin (7), Pd-Ib (8), cilostatine [(±) Selinidin, 9], praeruptorin D (Pd-II10). Conclusion: 1~8 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
