新年伊始,云南电网公司楚 雄供电局集中两天时间对员工 进行了优质服务技能提升训练。 由英捷企业顾问公司的教授现 场授课,学员在积极互动的环 境中轻松活泼的学习和交流。 通过提问、思考、判断、解决实 际工作中常出现的问题,最大 限度地激发了全场41名学习人 员的主观能动性和潜意识能量。 全面诠释并提升了“如何打动 客户,用何种方式做到优质服 务”的理念。
At the beginning of the new year, the Chuxiong Power Supply Bureau of Yunnan Power Grid Corporation focused on two days to provide staff with quality service skills upgrading training. On-site lectures by professors from Enterprise Consultants, students learn and communicate in a dynamic and interactive environment.
