Transport funds is the main source of operating cash flow of railway transport companies, corporate finance management is an important part. By elaborating the significance of strengthening fund management of railway transportation and considering the current status of railway transportation fund management, this paper analyzes the main risks of fund management of transportation funds and puts forward specific countermeasures to strengthen the management and control of capital risks.
