随着社会经济的发展和人们对生活水平要求的提高,建筑行业作为国计民生当中的基础性产业,对于社会的稳定发展和城市化水平都起着标杆性的作用。工程项目本身就是社会当中的重要一环,它不仅具有管理复杂和周期性的特点,同时还需要管理人员协调各个方面的关系来保证项目施工的有序高效推进。虽然通过项目法施工的方式不仅能够对资源形成一定的优化配置和动态化的管理,同时还能够更好的提高企业内部管理的经济和社会效益。但是在如今社会主义市场经济快速发展的阶段当中,在建筑装饰行业的市场竞争也越来越激烈,因而探索有效绩效管理和评价方式已经成为了目前管理者需要探索和改进的重要内容之一。
With the development of society and economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, the construction industry, as a basic industry among the national economy and people’s livelihood, plays a benchmark role in the stable development of society and the level of urbanization. Project itself is an important part of society. It not only has the characteristics of complex and periodic management, but also requires managers to coordinate all aspects of the relationship to ensure the orderly and efficient construction of the project. Although the construction by the project law can not only form a certain optimal allocation of resources and dynamic management, but also can better improve the economic and social benefits of internal management. However, in the stage of rapid development of the socialist market economy, market competition in the construction and decoration industry is becoming more and more fierce. Therefore, exploring effective performance management and evaluation methods has become one of the important issues that managers need to explore and improve.
