门座式起重机四连杆组合臂架系统由于几何参数较多,变幅过程中受力情况复杂,采用ANSYS软件进行手工分析每个工作幅度的受力情况过程繁琐,模型装配及加载消耗的时间较长,且容易出错。针对上述问题,在ANSYS环境下利用APDL语言编写宏程序,实现了四连杆组合臂架系统在所有幅度下的自动装配、加载和分析,并提取仿真输出参数和结果,绘制出了各构件结构应力——幅度变化曲线,全面分析了各构件在各个工作幅度的下受力情况。以MQ2535门机为例分析验证了该方法的实用性,为门机四连杆臂架系统的自动化分析提供了一种新思路。
