The institution’s logistics and financial management department is a supply-side and welfare-affiliated department with the obvious characteristic of planned economy. With the continuous improvement of our comprehensive strength and the continuous deepening of social reforms, the problems in the management and operation of the logistic and financial departments of public institutions have been exposed. This article will point out the problems and deficiencies encountered in the management of logistics and financial management departments of the institutions nowadays, and provide some improvement methods for the logistics and financial management departments.
