电阻炉在更换已损坏的发热元件进行优化与改造时,应象设计新设备一样,必须以电热体结构及其合金材料的选择为基础,使热处理、化学热处理的电热设备在价格不变的前提下获得最长的服役期限和最高的可靠性。本文研究电阻合金发热元件的截面形状及其稳定性对发热元件使用寿命的影响。目前已获得最广泛应用的是如图1所示的圆形(电阻丝)与矩形(电阻带)截面的发热元件。
