资金,对于公路施工企业来说,可谓是“命根子”。没有资金,到手的项目难以摆脱“画饼充饥”的厄运;没有资金,在建的项目会出现梗阻;没有资金,企业极易陷入诉讼的“沼泽地”……而即使有了资金,管理不好,也对项目的实施产生极大的影响。为此,本文结合多年来的工作实践,就公路施工企业在资金管理方面存在的问题提出相应的对策。
Funds, for highway construction companies, can be described as “life-long root ”.
