X-荧光光谱法是混合稀土全分析的一种快速、准确的较好方法。我国丰富的稀土资源的开发和应用有力地促进了稀土分离工艺的深入研究和分析手段的不断增加和改善。ICP-AES法具有灵敏、精确、干扰小及线性范围宽等优点,不仅可用于微量杂质元素的分析,也可用于全分析。本文对混合稀土ICP-AES的全分析方法进行了研究,并在对样品分析中,取得了和X荧光,萃取色谱及导数分光光度法一致的结果。
X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is a fast and accurate method for mixed rare earth total analysis. The development and application of abundant rare earth resources in our country have effectively promoted the continuous increase and improvement of the in-depth research and analysis methods of the rare earth separation process. ICP-AES method is sensitive, accurate, small interference and linear range of advantages, not only for the trace impurity elements can also be used for full analysis. In this paper, the full analysis method of mixed rare earth ICP-AES has been studied, and in the sample analysis, and X fluorescence, extraction and derivative spectrophotometry results.
