1973年TakasDgi和Herberman分别发现人和小鼠的淋巴细胞在没经过特异性免疫。也无需抗体参与下就能在体外杀伤某些肿瘤细胞,因而称为自然杀伤(NK)细胞,各国学者对这种细胞的性质进行了大量深入的研究,认为NK细胞在体内可以抑制肿瘤的发生,发展和转移,是机体执行免疫监视功能的重要效应细胞。NK细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤,可以受很多因素(包括来自肿瘤的因素)调节和影响,研究这些因素的作用特点和条件,对肿瘤预防,治疗及预后均有重要意义。为此,我们进行了鼻咽癌组织提取液,前列腺素(PG)E_2,及干扰素对NK细胞功能影响的初步研究。
