固井施工是对套管进行加固，在套管外和井壁之间形成稳固水泥环的施工工艺，属于一次性的施工过程，一旦失误很难补救。因此对固井施工质量的控制和管理显得尤为重要，只有不断提高固井施工的质量，才能延长井筒的使用寿命，提高油田生产的经济效益。
