由于近几年,郑州市基础建设的步伐加速很快,市政道路建设也得到了极大的发展,由于沥青混凝土路面具有表面平整、路面坚实、行车舒适、耐磨性好、施工维护简便等诸多优点,已在市政行业建设中广泛推广使用。但是对于设在路面上的各种检查井井周存在的道路施工完毕,通行没多长时间就会出现井周下陷、路面裂开、井圈破裂等现象,严重影响行车的舒适度和行车安全。造成以上原因的问题主要存在施工中井周回填不实,检查井砌筑不牢、井周路面摊铺时不均匀等问题。对存在的问题,通常采用人工或机械挖除后回填压实,这样做施工工作面要大,并且还会造成再次回填不实塌陷,并且会严重影响交通等缺陷,同时修复的路面由于采用冷接缝,水易渗入而造成受力薄弱,在一段时间过后又导致质量问题重复发生。
