目前我国硫基复合肥主要生产工艺是低温转化喷浆造粒和低温转化氨化转鼓造粒的工艺流程。这两种生产装置已有120套以上,总装置的生产能力超过1 000万t,年销量也在600万t以上。最近几年,随着原材料的不断上涨,产品成本逐步攀升。在此情况下,如何降低成本已成为各个企业的主要课题,在原材料价格基本相同的前提下,只有通过节能降耗,才能达到降低生产成本之目的。施可丰化工股份有限公司针对现有的40万t/a硫基复合肥装置的情况,提出了以硫酸先冷却转化过程中的氯化氢尾气,同时加热供转化反应的硫酸,方案实施后,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益。现将硫酸冷却HCl尾气实施方案介绍如下。
