目的研究亚致死量白纹伊蚊浓核病毒-3(AalDV-3)感染对白纹伊蚊吸血与生殖的影响。方法用低于半数致死量浓度(107copies/mL)的AalDV-3感染白纹伊蚊雌性成虫,统计感染组与对照组蚊虫的吸血率与吸血量,比较雌性饱血后产卵数与卵的孵化率以及雌蚊存活率的差异。结果 AalDV-3感染组吸血率为(70.67±8.08)%,平均吸血量(1.68±0.26)mg,平均产卵量为(43.00±8.84)粒/只,孵化率为(31.33±3.57)%;而对照组白纹伊蚊吸血率为(87.33±3.06)%,吸血量(2.10±0.27)mg,产卵量(69.53±10.69)粒/只,孵化率(51.00±3.61)%。与对照组相比,AalDV-3感染组白纹伊蚊的吸血率、平均吸血量、平均产卵量和孵化率均明显下降(P<0.05)。感染组雌蚊幸存率为(48.67±3.21)%,也低于对照组幸存率[(67.33±3.06)%,(P<0.05)]。结论 AalDV-3感染可降低白纹伊蚊吸血率、产卵率、孵化率和存活率,具有潜在的生物防制价值。
Objective To investigate the effects of sublethal infection of AalDV-3 on the blood-sucking and reproduction of Aedes albopictus. Methods Female adult mosquitoes of Aedes albopictus were infected with AalDV-3 at concentrations below 107copies / mL. The blood-sucking rate and sucking blood volume of mosquitoes in infected and control groups were calculated. Hatchability and female mosquito survival differences. Results The blood sucking rate of AalDV-3 infection group was (70.67 ± 8.08)%, the average amount of sucking blood was 1.68 ± 0.26 mg, the average fecundity was (43.00 ± 8.84) grains per hatte and the hatching rate was (31.33 ± 3.57)%. In the control group, the sucking rate of Aedes albopictus was (87.33 ± 3.06)%, the sucking amount of blood (2.10 ± 0.27) mg and the number of eggs laid (69.53 ± 10.69) per hatchery, hatching rate was 51.00 ± 3.61%. Compared with the control group, the blood-sucking rate, average blood-sucking amount, average fecundity and hatching rate of Aedes albopictus in AalDV-3 infection group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). The infection rate of female mosquitoes was (48.67 ± 3.21)%, which was also lower than that of the control group (67.33 ± 3.06)% (P <0.05). Conclusion AalDV-3 infection can reduce the blood-sucking rate, oviposition rate, hatching rate and survival rate of Aedes albopictus, and has the potential biological control value.
