技术监督工作是企业的一项重要基础工作,对促进企业技术基础工作与国际惯例接轨、帮助企业提高产品质量、提高企业经济效益,有着不可替代的作用。在我国实行改革开放,建立社会主义市场经济体制的条件下,质量已成为企业走向国内、国际两个市场的保证。作为企业的技术监督部门,突出质量这个中心,也就抓住了企业发展的关键。因此,在我们的工作中,要始终坚持“以质量为中心,以标准化、计量为基础”的技术监督
Technical supervision is an important basic work of an enterprise. It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the integration of technical foundation of an enterprise with international practices and helping enterprises to improve product quality and increase the economic benefits of enterprises. Under the conditions of carrying out the reform and opening up in our country and establishing the socialist market economic system, quality has become the guarantee for enterprises to go to both domestic and international markets. As the enterprise’s technical supervision department, highlighting the quality of this center, also seize the key to the development of enterprises. Therefore, in our work, we must always adhere to the “quality-centered, standardized, measurement-based” technical supervision
