目的 对短暂性脑缺血发作 (TIAs)病人观察脑循环微栓子信号 (MES)发生率及其发生脑卒中的危险率。方法 用经颅多普勒 (TCD)监测TIAs病人双侧大脑中动脉 (MCA)微栓子信号 (MES) ,并跟踪观察 12个月。结果 2 5例短暂脑缺血发作病人有 5例记录到MES(阳性率 2 0 % ) ,跟踪观察 12个月 ,5例MES阳性病例中的 3例 (6 0 % )发生脑梗死 ;而 2 0例未记录到MES的病人中 ,仅有 2例 (10 % )发展为脑梗死。结论 可检测到MES的TIAs病人发生脑梗死的危险性比无MES病人高。
Objective To investigate the incidence of cerebrovascular microembolism (MES) and its risk of stroke in patients with transient ischemic attacks (TIAs). Methods Transcranial Doppler (TCD) was used to monitor the bilateral middle cerebral artery (MCA) microvessel signal (MES) in TIAs patients and the follow-up observation was performed for 12 months. Results Five of the 25 patients with transient ischemic attack were recorded in MES (positive rate 20%). Follow-up was observed for 12 months. Three of the five MES-positive cases (60%) developed cerebral infarction. Two Of the 0 patients who did not record MES, only 2 (10%) developed cerebral infarction. Conclusion The risk of developing cerebral infarction in TIAs with detectable MES was higher in patients with MES than in those without MES.
